A small thing, a big difference
I realized today that I now delete newsletters like Publishers Lunch and Publishers Weekly unread without giving it a second thought. You wouldn't think this is a big deal (ha ha), but it has been. I'm happier, more light-hearted. For me in this case, ignorance really is bliss.
