The only problem with long weekends is that Tuesday morning becomes Monday morning. If ever a "Monday" morning required cake, this one does. Zero calories but still delish!

Love Cake?
Although "moist" is one of my least favorite words, I find its use here quite acceptable. If only I had two cute girls with ukeleles and kazoos serenading me while I bake, the kitchen of happiness would be complete.
